Fleece: Horatio

A$180.00

Horatio is named after Horatio Hornblower, in honour of his gorgeous horns. He’s not a pet, and he’s now 11 years old, but when he was younger, he decided that I was onto a good thing as flock leader, and he began tracking me. He’s generally near the front of the flock, often the first through a gate when I’m leading, though he won’t let me touch him. This year, 2024, Horatio’s fleece weighs 2.7 kg (5.9lb). TEST RESULTS: 17.4 micron fibre diameter; 59 mm (2.3”) length; 46 N/ktex strength.
