Bouclé or 12-ply

This is a wrapped yarn, made like a bouclé, but because of the extreme loft and softness of WGW fibre, feels more like a soft chenille.  A great yarn for beanies, scarves and blankets, it knits up quickly and is very warm and light as a knitted fabric.

The "ultrafine" version of WGW bouclé was made from 14.8 micron lambs' wool, and is truly the "softest of fluff":  see Natural, Hawthorn, Quarrystone and Silver Tussock shades.
